FAQ

Please read this information 🧡

- Orders might take up to four weeks to be shipped. All items are handmade, some are made to order, and the shop is only operated by one person. Please give us time. You will receive a notification once I ship your order, if after four weeks your order hasn't been shipped please reach out to me (quherencia@gmail.com).

- Once your package is dropped at USPS, it is no longer my responsibility. Liability has been given to USPS and I have no control over your package. If you think your package was lost, please let me know. 

- All purchases are final. If there is any problem with your order please send me an email and include pictures. Refunds & replacements will only be provided under these circumstances. 

- Due to COVID-19, shipping might take a little longer. Please give it some time.

- Please review your address and contact information, if you accidentally made a mistake please reach out to me ASAP so I can change it for you. 

- All orders include a tracking number, unless it is a sticker-only order, these orders won't include a tracking number unless requested. 

- If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to place a custom order, please reach out to me :)
