All of Quherencia's items are handmade and limited. In some instances, we might not be able to replace or exchange an item. Please read our policies below.

Refunds
Please get in touch with quherencia@gmail.com and let us know about your situation and the reason for your refund request. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
We are not responsible for small damages to items once they are shipped and delivered to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is fully damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and offer a solution. We will always try out best to resolve and offer the best customer service possible as a small business. Please keep in mind that items are handmade and occasionally may have imperfections, if there is an issue with your item, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know about your concerns.
